AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Mukhtiar Singh, who is present in Court to assist him, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation pursuant to the order dated 20.8.2019 and presently his custodial interrogation is not required. Without making any comment on the actual involvement of the petitioner in the alleged commission of the crime, in which he along with his co-accused is stated to have entered the house of the complainant, thereby attracting the provisions of Section 452 of the IPC, in view of the aforesaid statement of the ASI, the interim order dated 20.8.2019 is made absolute, on the same terms and conditions.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
