The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in complaint case bearing NACT No.1445/2014 dated 14.02.2009, pending in the Court of JMIC, Jalandhar.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the trial Court and prays that his bail application be ordered to be decided in a time bound manner.

In view of the prayer made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Court that in case the petitioner surrenders on or before 10.08.2023 and files an application for grant of bail, it be decided on the same day, in accordance with law.
