(oral) This petition is filed to challenge the order dated 13.3.2015 by which the petitioner has been declared ineligible for registration as a Pharmacist in the respondent Council . During the pendency of this petition, the Haryana State Pharmacy Council has served a letter dated 17.2.2016 informing the petitioner that he has been registered in the Haryana State Pharmacy Council and awarded Registration No. 27680.
Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though this petition has become infructuous but the petitioner had to incur unnecessary expenses in this litigation.
