(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. father has sought custody of his minor daughter Simranjit Kaur, on the ground that her daughter vide letter dated 31.07.2019 (Annexure P-2) written to Superintendent, Children Home for Girls, Jalandhar, where she is kept in safe custody, wished to go to her parental home with her own free will and without any pressure. Pursuant to the aforesaid letter, Superintendent, Children Home for Girls, Jalandhar, vide letter bearing No.385 dated 02.08.2019 informed the petitioner to take his daughter home after obtaining appropriate order from this Court.

Heard.

Petitioner along with his wife, who is mother of minor Simranjit Kaur, is present in Court. Since minor Simranjit Kaur, staying in Children Home for Girls, Jalandhar, is willing to go to her parental home, RAVINDER SINGH 2019.10.01 15:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
