Learned counsel for the petitioners' states that the petitioners would be satisfied if their possession is protected till such time the application for stay (Annexure P-6) filed along with the revision petition (Annexure P-5) before respondent No.1 - Financial Commissioner is decided. 2.
Notice of motion to respondent Nos.1 to 4-State only. 3.
Mr. Saurabh Mago, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4-State only. Learned counsel states that the application for stay (Annexure P-6) would be decided in a time bound manner. 4.
In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.1 - Financial Commissioner to decide the application for stay (Annexure P-6), which is now pending for 08.07.2026, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from today.
