Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.60 dated 23.03.2019 under Sections 379,323,324,452,427,148,149 IPC registered at P.S Kharar, District SAS Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, the matter has been compromised between the parties and a petition bearing CRM-M-41828 of 2019 for quashing of FIR has already been filed in which notice of motion has been issued. Vide order dated 19.08.2019, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

In view of the above, order dated 19.08.2019 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
