   is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of order dated 24.03.2023 (Annexure P-11) and also the charge-sheet dated 28.03.2023 (Annexure P-12) vide which the petitioner was placed under suspension.

2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the inquiry initiated in pursuance of the charge-sheet dated 28.03.2023 (Annexure P-12) has completed and an order of punishment dated 21.12.2023 has been passed by the respondents. He further submits that the petitioner had filed a revision petition against the abovesaid order of punishment dated 21.12.2023, which has also been dismissed on 20.08.2024.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with DIWAKER GULATI 2026.03.25 16:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document -1-

  

 liberty to file afresh challenging the abovesaid orders dated 21.12.2023 and 20.08.2024 along with other orders as challenged in the present writ petition.
