RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 407 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for transfer of trial in case FIR No.0468, dated 23.08.2021, under Sections 109, 120-B, 323, 341, 342, 354, 354-A, 406, 420, 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Karnal, Annexure P-1, pending in the Court of JMIC, Karnal, to any other Court having the same jurisdiction either in the State of Punjab or in any other district of Haryana State.

At the outset, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the case is covered by the order passed in T.A.No.650-2022 (Vineet Kumar vs Surbhi Sharma) and two other connected cases of the same parties, decided on 07.09.2022 by a coordinate Bench of this Court. A copy of the order has been placed on record.

In view of the above prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is also disposed of in the same terms as contained in the order passed in T.A.No.650-2022, decided on 07.09.2022. September 12, 2022 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
