**** Rajbir Sehrawat, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0120 dated 24.07.2019 registered under Section 409/182 IPC at Police Station Nihal Singh Wala, District Moga.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim direction granted vide order dated 26.08.2019, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned counsel appearing for the State of Punjab has not disputed the fact regarding petitioner's joining the investigation. In view of the above, the interim order dated 26.08.2019 is made absolute.
