Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari challenging the notice dated 12.10.2015 (Annexure P-30). Heard.

In the present case, petitioner has been issued show cause notice dated 12.10.2015 (Annexure P-30). Petitioner had approached the Armed Forces Tribunal, Chandigarh challenging the show cause notice (Annexure P-30). The petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by the Tribunal vide order dated 25.2.2016 (Annexure P-34).

In these circumstances, no ground for interference by this Court while exercising jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is made out.

Dismissed.
