The present Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned status report/investigation report (Annexure P-10) submitted by respondent No.4. A further prayer has been made by the petitioner seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the official respondents to conduct fair and impartial enquiry against private respondent(s) on the complaints dated 02.04.2018, submitted by the petitioner (Annexures P-1 and P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his other remedies available under the law. 3.

In view of the above, the instant Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
