HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of directions to the official respondents to conclude the investigation and present final report in case bearing FIR No.68 dated 18.03.2019, registered under Sections 160 and 336 IPC, and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Salem Tabri, Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the FIR was registered in March, 2019, yet till date the investigation has not been concluded. He prayed that respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, may be directed to conclude the investigation at the earliest.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, to look into the matter and to ensure that the investigation in the above noted FIR be concluded and final report is presented before the Court concerned, at the earliest.
