Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that petitioner has a remedy of appeal before the appellate authority. She has relied upon judgment rendered by Division Bench of this court in CWP No. 11078 of 2016 decided on 26.08.2016, Annexure R1(colly) to the reply. In view of above, petitioner is relegated to the remedy of appeal before the appellate authority. In case issue of limitation arises, same would be decided in light of directions given by this court in CWP No. 11078 of 2016.
