CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) The petitioner has not been able to satisfy the conscience of this Court with regard to locus standi regarding the complaint against the private respondent in holding the fake 10th certificate and despite the enquiry held with regard to the alleged fake certificate, no action has been taken so far. Even the petitioner has made representation vide Annexure P2 but no action has been taken so far. As and when the nomination papers submitted by the private respondent, they must have been scrutinized by the authorities. If at all the authorities find that the documents were not proper, they can always hold an enquiry under Section 51 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994. According to the petitioner, if there is already an enquiry held against the private respondent, the authorities shall be within their jurisdiction to take action in accordance with law, if permissible. No ground for interference is made out. The writ petition is dismissed.
