Learned counsel would submit that despite the fact that information having been supplied vide letter dated 16.01.2022, Annexure P15, by the Haryana Sports Karate Association to District Sports and Youth Affairs Officer, in the order dated 09.07.2022, Annexure P-18, it has been mentioned that record was not received. In this regard, he on instructions from the petitioner, submits that he would file a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 2.
Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the casethis petition is hereby disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner submits a representation within 4 weeks, the same be decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.
