This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular in FIR No.99 dated 28.02.2021 under Sections 379, 398, 401, 411 IPC, 1860 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station City Tohana, District Fatehabad, Haryana. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time and sensing the outcome, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to revive the prayer at a later stage.
