By referring to Bye Law 4 of the Haryana Municipal Business Bye Laws,1981 providing for atleast seven clear days for fixing such a meeting, it is alleged that the notice requires to be quashed being in violation of the Bye Law 4 since six days' notice was issued.

It is not in dispute that on 16.3.2015 such an ordinary meeting was actually held and a resolution was passed.
