(ORAL) In the present petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has not been called for interview in pursuance to the advertisement No.3 of 2015 for appointment to the post of TGT (Science). Vide interim order dated 25.09.2018, the petitioner was directed to be provisionally interviewed and her result was to be kept in a sealed cover.

Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that the result of the petitioner may kindly be perused to adjudge whether, the prayer of the petitioner needs adjudication upon on merits or the same has been rendered academic.

Learned State counsel has produced the result of the petitioner in a sealed cover, the same has been perused by this Court and found that the last selected candidate in the category, in which, the petitioner was SONIKA 2022.07.25 16:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.24593 of 2018 --2-- competing, has secured 144 marks whereas, the petitioner has not been able to score 144 marks or above.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner requests that the present petition has been rendered academic and same may be disposed off having been not pressed.
