(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered with the judgment dated 17.02.2016 (Annexure P-6), rendered in CWP No.20558 of 2015 titled Rina Rani and others Vs. State of Haryana and others, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, whereby the State counsel had given instructions from Director, Finance & Accounts, National Health Mission that since the schemes are only till 31.03.2016, all the petitioners, who under the interim orders, are continuing to serve under the aforesaid schemes would be allowed to continue till 31.3.2016 i.e. till the schemes are in existence. In view of above, the present is disposed of in terms of order dated 17.02.2016 (Annexure P-6) passed in CWP No.20558 of 2015 titled Rina Rani and others.
