(Oral) Learned State counsel, on the instructions from SI Madan Lal from Police Station Sadar Dabwali, District Sirsa, informs the Court that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the statement of the petitioner (accused), under Section 313 Cr.P.C, has also been recorded by the trial Court in the criminal case arisen out of the FIR bearing No.419 dated 15.12.2020 as registered at the afore-referred Police Station, under Section 22(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and this case has reached the stage of recording the defence evidence (if any) and for hearing the final arguments. 2.

In view of the above-discussed submission as made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not YAG DUTT 2023.11.17 16.41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgement
