On 04.08.2025, following order was passed by this Court:- "The order dated 22.07.2025 passed by this Court has been complied with. Accordingly, the case is taken up today. On the oral request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, complainant-Rishipal Saini son of Shri Somnath Saini resident of #928/14, Janakpuri Colony, Barada is ordered to be impleaded as respondent No.2 in the present case. Registry is directed to carry out necessary modification in the memo of parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the matter has been amicable settled between the parties and the parties have also signed a settlement deed dated 12.07.2025 (Annexure P7) in this regard. Notice of motion.
On the asking of Court, Mr. Rajinder Kumar Banku, Sr. DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Dasti process may also be issued for the service of respondent No.2.
The SHO, Police Station Mahesh Nagar is directed to inform newly added respondent No.2 telephonically as well as in writing with regard to pendency of the present petition before this Court.

In the meantime, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation. In the event of arrest, he shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of arresting/investigating officer subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C./482 (2) of BNSS, 2023."
