*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (oral) Petitioners, namely, Sukhwinder Singh and Gurvinder Singh, have approached this Court with the grievance that they be recognized as rightful share holder to the extent of 6% each and respondent No.4 be restrained from carrying out any mining activity during pendency of this petition or till decision of representation, which has been moved. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a specific direction was issued in CWP No.6040 of 2019 on 11.03.2019 but the petitioners were not party in that petition.

Mr. Ankur Mittal, learned State counsel submits that as per order passed in CWP No.6040 of 2019, a liberty was given to the petitioner therein to file an application within a period of one week from the date of passing of the order. CWP No.21663 of 2019 -2present. Learned State counsel also submits that the application can be decided in case, both the parties are present. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent-State to call both the parties with their grievance by issuing notice to them and redress their grievance in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months from today.
