(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the fact that his name does not find place in the merit list prepared by respondent No. 2 for the purposes of granting admission to Rehabilitation Council of India approved Diploma in Special Education (Hearing Impairment) Course for the session 2020-2021.

It is submitted that though the petitioner had applied under the Person with Disability category and has obtained 58.2% marks, he has not been granted admission, though persons who have secured less marks than him have been included in the merit list.

It is observed that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 07.11.2020 (Annexure P-8) before the authorities which is pending consideration.

Mr. Anil Chawla, learned counsel entering appearance on behalf of respondents No. 1 and 2 submits that the representation filed by the petitioner shall be considered and decided by the authorities within two weeks and the decision thereon shall be communicated to the petitioner. In view of the statement of learned counsel for respondents No. 1 and 2, the writ petition stands disposed of.
