**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents to release the entire DA and TA and others deputation allowance to the petitioner from the date i.e. 07.09.2012 to till the date of relieving i.e. 13.08.2014. In this regard, the petitioner has made a representation/letter dated 29.01.2015 (Annexure P-7) to the respondent/department but no decision has been taken thereon.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to the respondent(s) to decide the representation dated 29.01.2015 (Annexure P-7), referred to above.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent(s) to decide the representation dated 29.01.2015 (Annexure P-7), filed by the petitioner, by passing a speaking order, within a period of three months, in accordance with law.
