The present appeal pertains to the year 2012. Vide order dated 18.04.2024 fresh notice was issued to the parties. As per the Office report, the appellant stands duly served. However, none has put in appearance on his behalf despite service. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. Notices issued to respondents No.1 to 3 have not been received back served or otherwise. Respondent No.4 remains unserved due to incomplete address.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
