**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The petitioner who is one of the bidders in the E-Auction proceedings, has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking setting aside of the E-Auction proceedings which were held on 15th September, 2018 (Annexure P-2).

A perusal of the writ petition shows that certain disputed questions of fact have been raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition by relegating the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative remedies as are available to him, in accordance with law.
