**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) On 10.05.2022, following order was passed by this Court:- "Petitioner is stated to be unwell.

Learned counsel for respondent No.3 has placed on record instructions dated 26.04.2022 issued to him by the Government of India, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways,Transport Bhawan, 1 Parliament Street, New Delhi mentioning therein that the vehicle owners can apply for any service like renewal/fitness/NOC before crossing 10 years for diesel vehicles and 15 years for petrol vehicles and renewal of non-transport vehicle as per meeting dated 01.04.2022 convened by the Transport Commissioner, Haryana regarding the way out to allow NOC to Non-NCR region RTOs. The aforesaid information has been received on 01.04.2022. Provision for renewal of non-transport MOHMED ATIK 2022.07.13 17:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-21542-2021  vehicle according to the aforesaid information dated 01.04.2022 has been made in the software and provided to Transport Department on staging portal for User Acceptance Testing clearance on 05.04.2022. The UAT clearance letter dated 19.04.2022 has been made available to all the concerned quarters.

Petitioner may respond to the aforesaid requirement and apprise this Court whether his vehicle whose registration stands expired is covered under the aforesaid instructions or not.

In continuation of the aforesaid order, learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that necessary provision in the portal has been made and an intimation has also been given to the petitioner for applying for NOC.

Petitioner in-person submits that he would comply with the requirement.

On doing so, let consequential action be taken by respondents No.1 and 2 as per defined parameters. Respondents would be at liberty to pass appropriate order in accordance with law and procedure evolved by the competent authority.
