Inderjit Singh, J.
The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.147 dated 15.4.2019 registered for the offences under Sections 323, 506, 307 and 34 IPC at Police Station Civil lines, Hisar, District Hisar.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.
As per the FIR, the accused are not named. A fight took place at a `Dhaba'. As per the prosecution version, the present petitioner caused injury dangerous to life and he has been nominated in this case. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case and the fact that the petitioner has caused the injury dangerous to life and has taken active participation in the commission of offence, therefore, he is required for custodial interrogation. Hence, I do not find it a fit case where HARPAL SINGH PARMAR 2019.08.21 16:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
