The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to take an appropriate action with respect to illegal and unauthorized construction of building by respondent No.5. 2.

Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1-Society is headed by an 80 years old man. The petitioners are neighbour of respondent No.5 who is going to construct a commercial building without seeking approval of Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana. The petitioners have made representations to Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana but to no avail.
