CRM-M-36244-2024 and other connected matters In view of the fact that the FIR No.449 dated 14.08.2023, registered under Sections 420, 463, 471 and 120-B of IPC at Police Station Tosham, District Bhiwani, has culminated in a closure report, the present petitions seeking quashing of the FIR and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom are rendered infructuous and are disposed of as such.

Needless to say, in case the petitioners are sought to be arrayed as accused in future, they are at liberty to avail their remedies in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of. A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of connected case.
