*** Nidhi Gupta, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition is to issue appropriate order or direction to quash FIR No.63 dated 20.10.2020 (Annexure P/1) under Sections 323/34/406/498-A/506 IPC registered at Women Police Station, Assandh, District Karnal.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the accused (petitioners herein) have been acquitted by the learned trial Court vide order dated 15.09.2022 passed by the learned JMIC, Assandh in case FIR No.63 dated 20.10.2020 under Sections 323/34/406/498-A/506 IPC registered at Women Police Station, Assandh, District Karnal.

Learned State counsel does not dispute the same. 4.
