*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) The prayer in the present writ petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to release the salary of petitioner No.1 for the period 13.12.2013 to 11.06.2015 and petitioner No.2 for the period 13.12.2013 to 12.06.2014.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Parmdeep Singh, Superintendent, Vigilance-4 Branch, submits that the salary of the petitioners has been sanctioned and the same is likely to be released. In view of the submissions made by learned State counsel, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release salary of the petitioners within a period of two weeks, failing which, the petitioners would be entitled to claim interest @ 15 % per annum. Disposed of accordingly.
