-.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) The instant writ petition has been filed seeking to challenge the order dated 17.11.2020 (Annexure P-6) whereby transfer of the petitioner from District Kapurthala to District Hoshiarpur stood cancelled on administrative grounds.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that pursuant to issuance of order dated 17.11.2020 (Annexure P-6) i.e. the order cancelling his transfer, the petitioner continues to work at Kapurthala. He seeks to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to approach the concerned authorities for transfer to Hoshiarpur, considering that his family is residing there.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned, which would consider his case sympathetically.
