(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for quashing the action of the respondents, whereby, the respondents have affixed the possession notice on the only residential house of the petitioner and taken the symbolic possession. Further, the respondents are going to sale the residential house of the petitioner. It has been further prayed that till the final decision of the writ petition, the whole process be stayed and respondents be directed to accept the regular installment against the receipts. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that appropriate prayers have not been made in the present writ petition, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action by furnishing better particulars.
