HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for directing respondents No.3 to 6 to ensure free, fair, peaceful and transparent counting of votes in the elections of Nagar Panchayat of Kot Ise Khan, Moga, scheduled to be held on 29.05.2026.

A further prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents to ensure the installation and proper functioning of CCTV Cameras/Video recording at and around the counting centre of Ward No.5, Kot Ise Khan, Dharamkot, District Moga.
