Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 63 dated 11.06.2019, registered under Section(s) 22 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Kabarwala, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Judge. Learned counsel further contended that in case petitioner surrenders before the learned trial Court within a period of one week from today and moves an application for granting him regular bail, the same be decided expeditiously.
