Present writ petition is for quashing of impugned result dated 16.08.2018 (Annexure P6) and for issuance of directions to the respondents to reconsider the candidature of the petitioner for his recruitment as Solder Tradesman in Army.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has already made detailed representation (Annexure P7) in this regard on 20.08.2018 and he would be satisfied if the said representation is decided by the authorities expeditiously.
