(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.110 dated 09.08.2019 under Sections 304-B IPC registered at Police Station Chabbewal, District Hoshiarpur. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 11.09.2019 of this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sohan Lal, does not dispute the aforesaid fact and submits that the custody of the petitioner is no more required.

Criminal Misc. No. M-33905 of 2019 -2Considering the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation and her custody is no more required, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 11.09.2019 is made absolute.
