(Oral) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of appropriate directions to respondents No.1 and 2 to transfer the investigation of the case FIR No. 139 dated 24.08.2021 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 307/323/341/498-A/148/149 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran, to some other senior police officer of the rank of IPS as the petitioner is not expecting fair and impartial investigation at the hands of present inveistigating officer; or in the alternative present the status report of the present FIR (Annexure P-1) conducted so far.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions, informs this Court that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the above-said FIR has already been quashed on the basis of compromise dated 10.02.2023 by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.08.2023 passed in CRM-M-12377-2023 titled as "Sherdaljit Singh DIVYANSHI 2024.11.05 10:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

2023: PHHC:113535. A copy of the said order has been handed over in Court today which is taken on record.

Perusal of the order sheets shows that on the last date of hearing i.e. 11.08.2023, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the facts as noticed above, present petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
