Only grievance of the petitioners is that while constructing the railway underpass, no service path has been left for them for access to their plots bearing nos. 192 & 193 situated in village Devan, Tehsil and district Hisar. Reply on behalf of railways has been filed. According to same, work was carried out as per the sanction plan. Though, State of Haryana has not been impleaded as a party, this court feels that ends of justice would be met if Deputy Commissioner, Hisar is directed to examine the grievance of the petitioners and take necessary steps, if permissible under law. Disposed of. A copy of the petition and order herein be handed-over to State counsel for onward transmission to concerned officer.
