The challenge in the present writ petition is to order dated 21.03.2023 passed by Director, School Education, Chandigarh Administration.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Kunal Mulwani, Additional Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondents contends that there is an alternate remedy to challenge order dated 21.03.2023 passed by Director School Education, Chandigarh Administration before learned Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Chandigarh. 4.

In view of the same, the present writ petition is dismissed. Liberty is however granted to the petitioner to challenge order dated 21.03.2023 passed by Director, School Education, Chandigarh Administration.

It is made clear that the liberty granted by this Court would not automatically condone the delay in challenging the order dated 21.03.2023 before learned Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Chandigarh. For condonation of delay, the petitioner can move an appropriate application before Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Chandigarh. 7.
All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
