Present writ petition is for quashing the impugned order dated 02.08.2018 (Annexure P6), whereby application filed by the petitionermanagement for leading additional evidence was dismissed. Learned counsel representing the petitioner contended that though some adjournments were actually availed by the petitionermanagement, but because of certain circumstances, which were beyond the control of petitioner, evidence could not be led and now they are ready to lead additional evidence by way of statement of one witness and some documents are to be placed on record, but that shall be concluded on the single date given for the purpose.

In view of above, without issuing any notice to the respondents, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to the learned Court below to allow the petitioner to lead evidence and for that purpose one DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2018.09.27 16:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Civil Writ Petition No. 24724 of 2018 adjournment shall be given, which shall be subject to costs of Rs.20,000/- to be payable to the workman.
