G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) The petitioner seeks the consideration for selection and appointment to the post of ETT teacher in pursuance of the advertisement dated 09.11.2015 (Annexure P-6). The criteria of the advertisement dated 09.11.2015 (Annexure P-6) is challenged on the ground that the same should be as per the criteria which was for the post of Sarv Sikhya Abhiyan Authority, Punjab.

Counsel very fairly points out that in the index, reference has been made to CWP No. 25030 of 2015, Mandeep Kaur and others vs. State of Punjab and another and the same has been dismissed by this Court on 11.12.2015.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is also dismissed on the same reasoning.
