(ORAL) Short reply by way of affidavit of Raj Kumar, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division STF Jalandhar, has been filed on behalf of respondent-State today in Court. The same is taken on record. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 5th of September, 2022, the petitioner appeared before the Trial Court and stands admitted to interim bail. He submits that the petitioner undertakes to appear before the Trial court regularly without default. Petitioner is facing trial in case FIR No.170 dated 25th of September, 2021 registered for offence punishable under Section 21(b) of the NDPS Act, 1985, at Police Station Special Task Force Punjab, District SAS Nagar (Mohali) and was admitted to regular bail vide order dated 2nd of November, 2021.
