The alleged detenues, whose names have been mentioned in Para No.2 of the petition, are stated to be working in a Brick Kiln under the name and style 'S.B.C.' situated in the area of Village Puranpura, Police Station Bhiwani (Sadar), Tehsil and District Bhiwani (Haryana) and they are alleged to be illegally detained by respondent Nos.4 and 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner has also moved application dated 18.11.2020 (Annexure P-1) to the Deputy Commissioner, District Bhiwani, however, no action has been taken to release the detenues. The District Magistrate of the District is the competent authority as per Chapter-IV of Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976 to deal with such like matters.

The petitioner, therefore, is relegated to avail the remedy before the District Magistrate concerned. The Deputy Commissioner, Bhiwani is also directed to dispose off the application dated 18.11.2020 (Annexure P-1) forthwith, in accordance with law. In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed off.
