The present Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the official respondents to take action by conducting impartial regular inquiry against respondent No.6 upon representations dated 20.06.2024 (Annexures P-2 to P-5) for committing embezzlement of Gram Panchayat fund amounting to Rs.47,93,500/- withdrawn by respondent No.6 in the name of various development activities, which were shown in the Government record only and never performed on the ground level.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his other remedies in accordance with law.
