**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The prayer made in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia for quashing of Annexure P-2, dated 4th May, 2014, whereby, a demand of ` 57,760/- has been required to be deposited by the petitioner.

After arguing for sometime, it was submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent No.1 by filing a detailed and comprehensive representation raising all the pleas as have been sought to be raised in the present writ petition. Further, a prayer was made to issue a time bound direction to respondent No.1 to decide the representation expeditiously, in accordance with law. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a detailed and comprehensive representation raising all the pleas as raised in the present writ petition within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
