Present writ petition is for directing the official respondents to remove respondent No.5-Dharampal Sharma from the post of Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat, Village Bhojpolta, Block Morni. As per learned counsel for the petitioner, who is a complainant in this case, had filed a complaint against respondent No.5-Dharampal Sharma, Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat, Village Bhojpolta, Block Morni for serious allegations of misappropriation and irregularities. On that basis, inquiry was conducted by the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Panchkula and report (Annexure P1) was submitted on 15.03.2017, but still no action is being taken. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made representation dated 20.04.2018 (Annexure P2) in this regard before respondent No.3-District Development & Panchayat Officer, Panchkula, but that also remained undecided till date.

Civil Writ Petition No. 24755 of 2018 Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Pankaj Mulwani, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to Mr. Mulwani during the course of the day.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Panchkula to look into the matter and take required action, as per law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
