This is a Civil Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 31.10.2025 passed by the learned Competent Authority exercising jurisdiction under Section 76 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, whereby the learned authority has decided the reference petition against the petitioners. 2.
A perusal of the paper book would show that against the impugned order dated 31.10.2025, a Review Application was filed which was dismissed in default on 01.12.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in view of the same, the petitioners be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an application for restoration of the Review Application, in accordance with law. It has been further submitted that liberty be also granted to the petitioners to challenge the original order dated 31.10.2025 in PUNEET SACHDEVA 2026.06.24 11:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
CWP No.18417 of 2026 \2 case the application for restoration is dismissed or even on restoration, the order dated 31.10.2025 is not reviewed.

In view of the same, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty aforesaid.
