On our asking, Ms. Kirti Singh, DAG Haryana accepts notice on their behalf. It is not necessary to issue notice to respondents No.4 &5 for the reason that the controversy is already settled by this Court vide order dated 03.08.2015 passed in a bunch of cases including in CWP No.22097 of 2014 (Sukhbir Singh & Ors. vs. State of Haryana & Ors). (P10). Thereafter also, another set of writ petition was disposed of in terms of the above-stated decision. We thus dispose of the writ petition being squarely covered by the above-stated judgement of this Court in terms of Sukhbir Singh and others case (supra) (3)
